À propos du livre
Psalm 23 which opens with the words : "The Lord is my Shepherd" is the most popular psalm of them all, notably through its versified form sung to the reflective hymn tune "Crimond." Less heard these days is the versified treble solo called "Brother James' Air" which has fallen victim to the whims of fashion, but is nonetheless a very fine piece of music.
The setting in this book uses the text of the King James Bible, and is for SSATTB choir accompanied on the organ. The music is also orchestrated for symphony orchestra, and all the parts are in the book. Listen to MIDI file http://219.88.101.105/o.html
