À propos du livre
Pete Shefford delivers some real life lessons in his own unique way, as he
recounts moments from his life journey so far, as well as his ongoing battle
against cancer.
He pulls no punches in his delivery of this self-proclaimed wisdom, yet
hopes that the content within will entertain, educate, inspire, and perhaps
motivate readers to get off their arse and actually ‘live’ life - setting them on
a path to experience their own epic odyssey, with their own stories to tell.
There is plenty of feel-good motivational books on the market .. this is
arguably not one of them .. but if nothing in these pages hits home and
resonates, check your pulse!

À propos du créateur
Pete Shefford joined the Army from High School and was posted to 5th Aviation Regiment Workshops as an Avionics Technician; before discharging from the military a decade later. He currently works as a High School mathematics teacher in Townsville, Nth Qld, where he continues to promote the Army's values of courage, respect, teamwork, and initiative. An avid traveler who has traversed the globe twice, Pete is also an international coach, and an established sports administrator. Pete’s efforts have seen him coach three different countries at a World Cup level, and receive numerous awards & accolades. Sadly, within weeks of his 50th birthday, Pete was diagnosed with metastatic bowel cancer. The medical prognosis isn’t good long term and the statistics are against him. Like any good mathematician though, Pete knows that statistics can read whatever one wants to advocate, and he has forged on with a positive attitude and a will to live the best life that he has left.
