We fought off a fake fox, gazed at the stars, hiked unbeaten paths, made friends, woke up to the sound of a screaming donkey, wandered through empty towns, counted planes from bed, learned Portuguese, experienced the massive power of the sea, made our own fire, played beer-pong, saw the horizon in many shapes and during made photographs.
