Melanie A. Savidis is a retired teacher. She received her BA in English from Allegheny College, and her Masters in Education from the University of Rochester. Melanie taught English as a New Language and Literature in the Rochester City School District for 36 years. Her husband, Mike, was also a teacher in the same district. They have three wonderful sons.
