This limited edition of just 100 books (coffee table size) is the pop version of the Raw series.
One of the name options for this book was Raw_Funky , but Raw_Fuchs was the final choice for the title.
The main element of this book that contributes to the definition of 'pop' is the grid-style design of the first 10 spreads that were an early design submission towards the making of the book I Am Amerikan which, eventually, took the appropriate design presentation for its content. Nevertheless, those grid-style layouts found a better home in this volume.
With just a few minor changes to the original grid spreads, and with additional images that were excluded from the book I Am Amerikan , this book is one of the favorites by the author himself.
Alas its playful presentation, the book contains a few visual poignant remarks regarding our society and our culture.
Both contents and design make it a valuable edition to anyone's book collection. A few more copies are available.
