Book is indexed by trip Day, that is the index is for Day 1, Day 2 etc. Photos are those taken mostly by Ronniejean supplemented by Amy Jones, Betty Rahal, Greg Rahal, Jim Leach, and TJ Funkhouser...and a few are "borrowed". Maps were created by Ronniejean and Jim Leach helped with the legend insertion.
