This is the story of how nine employees of Eriez Magnetics conquered the mountains of Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen-y-Fan in one day. The photographs capture the highs and lows of the group during their training and on the actual day of the challenge. The Ty Hafan Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge, organised to raise money for the young person's hospice in South Wales, was punishing and pushed everyone to the limit. Despite being faced with fatigue, cramp and pain, they were all determined to start and finish as a team.
