À propos du livre
This book is a result of a trip to Tasmania organised by my wife for friends who had not visited this island state before.
We landed in Launceston, visited the garden estates including the National Rose Garden at Woolmer's Estate, then travelled to Cradle Lake then the North West coast to Stanley & Strahan. We travelled down the Lyell Highway (Derwent Valley) to Hobart.
In the small town of Hamilton we visited the beautiful garden of Prospect Villa, a must for everybody interested in gardens.
Tasmania's climate is ideal for rose growing and in November the roses are a riot of colour.
