Khantavy was born in Loas and moved to Canada when she was only four and has lived in a number of cities where she acquired a connection with different societies and cultures that enhanced her ability to see things differently. Her interest in photography began at a very early age. Her first memory of shooting was with her parents' polaroid camera. She remembers how exciting it would be when the picture came out and appeared like magic before her eyes. Khantavy now lives in Toronto, Canada and works as a freelance photographer and multi-media and web developer. Khantavy specializes in fashion, architecture, lifestyle, travel, wedding and event photography. Her primary capture method is digital SLR but still loves traditional methods and darkroom development.
