À propos du livre
The best way to describe this book is: a detailed journey to much that is around us. My style in photography is one where the image is not captured just for the sake of remembering the place, rather images are captured to evoke the passion and the meaning of the subject; whether it's a flower, a car or a fountain.
Pictures are rarely cropped for effect. Here, of the 52 images only 2 are cropped. Everything was framed as you see it.

I have been taking photographs since the early 80's. Back then it was with a 35mm Olympus. As the decades passed, I continued to develop my eye and ability for the details. These days it's very easy to 'capture and delete'. But doing that, one does not learn anything. I take images to show a place, a detail, person or event are not taken lightly. The image has to mean something. I much prefer taking time to frame, focus (depth, format, aspect ratio, what is not in focus) then shooting a lot. Equipment has changed from 35mm film to digital. Although I used many digital cameras; My current SLR is the Nikon D7100.
