Photographic essay created during an embed with Charlie Co. 3/172nd Infantry (Mtn) of the New Hampshire Army National Guard serving in afghanistan during Oct. 2010. The photographs chronicle the unit's departure, deployment in Afghanistan and its return to New Hampshire in Dec. 2010. Most of the photos were featured in a 100 photo exhibit shown in the City hall of Manchester, NH in the Spring of 2011.
