À propos du livre
This book is designed to become an ongoing reference on how different films, exposure and film development define the characteristics of the final image. Even though this process is primarily designed for large format film photographers, it can also benefit anyone who likes to keep a record of various photographic settings and to track their photography over time.
Because traditional film process does not provide immediate feedback to review an exposure in the way digital photography does, accurate records of the settings and decisions made at the time of exposure are critical for later development and image evaluation. Likewise, it is important for the traditional film shooter to keep track of a sheet or roll of film for the entire process-- from loading into the film holder through exposure and development.
The “reference section” of this book provides lookup tables and charts that simplify the exposure calculation in the field or studio.
