Vladimir Frumin is a Fine Art photographer. Born in 1955, St. Petersburg of the former Soviet Union. The most recent venues include the Houston Center for Photography, the Houston Public Library, the Houston Photographic Society, the Arts Alliance Center and Sippora gallery and Art Caviar gallery. Some of his work can be found in private collections. Vladimir participated in FOTOFEST 2008 with his portfolio "The Relics of Yesterday or Transformation of the World in my Mind".
