À propos du créateur
I was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey. I earned my B.S. and M.A. + degrees from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. I worked in marine biological research at Columbia University's Lamont Geological Observatory in Palisades, New York, and taught biology and honors biology in a large regional high school in northern New Jersey. Wildlife photography has been my avocation all of my adult life. In the early '70s, I made a 16 mm film on ecosystem dynamics for use in my classroom. This was a sabbatical project, and my wife Pat and I lived in Nairobi, Kenya for a year during the shooting of the film. We traveled 13,000 miles throughout Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Since retiring to Sarasota, Florida in 1994, I have been traveling, with my wife Pat, to Central and South America and Europe, where I have done considerable photography. In 2015 we traveled to Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa to observe and photograph wildlife.
