He studied Bachelor of Visual Arts at the University Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo, in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico, and received a Graphic Arts Degree at the Experimental Graphic Workshop of Havana, Cuba. He has been fellow of the National Council for Culture and the Arts of México, in five broadcasts of the programme to encourage the creation and artistic development of the state of Michoacan since year 2000. Since 1999, his photographic work has been presented in three invidual and thirteen collective exhibitions in several galleries at the cities of Morelia, Patzcuaro, Uruapan, Guanajuato, and La Habana Cuba. Currently works as a Free Lance in the field of artistic, documentary and editorial photography.
