A large lovely coffee table book containing nearly 300 color photographs, which the viewer can get lost in, like getting lost in the woods safely, or pleasantly in yourself, and unafraid, just in awe. Many images! You will forget what you first saw, but go back to see what you thought you saw. Start anywhere and wander through the pages, moving, experiencing, feeling and learning.
Mr. Church has been a photographer for over 35 years. In 2006 he returned to making photographs after many years of business practice. He has been an editorial, advertising and public relations photographer, creating pictures for numerous local and national clients and magazines. He haqs exhibited photographs at galleries, art centers and museums. His photographs are in numerous private collections and also public institutions: The Madison Museum of Contemporary Art, The Wisconsin Historical Society and Hofstra University.

À propos du créateur
The work of award winning street and documentary photographer, Dennis Church, has been featured in solo exhibitions throughout the United States, including the Wisconsin Historical Society, The Madison Art Center, The Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center in Fort Myers, Florida, The Darkroom Gallery in Louisville, Kentucky, and The Marco Island Center for the Arts. His works have appeared in dozens of group shows. His photographs are in public collections, including the Wisconsin Historical Society, Fordham University Emily Lowe Gallery, The Madison Museum of Contemporary Art, and The Wasmer Gallery at Florida Gulf Coast University. Dennis's photographs appear in "Bystander, A History of Street Photography, authored by Colin Westerbeck and Joel Meyerowitz. Mr. Church was born in Mason City, Iowa in 1949 and attended Iowa State University and The University of Wisconsin-Madison.
