This will hopefully be volume 1 in a series of annual books that document my macro-photography. Although I am not formally trained in any discipline, I will attempt in this book to record my findings both as they relate to photography and the biology of the subjects. I've done my best to properly identify the bugs down to the most specific taxonomic level that I feel is accurate. Throughout my research, I've discovered many interesting traits that these bugs possess both from official resources and through my own observation. The information that I state in this book will reflect these findings and hopefully add to the traditionally visual quality of the images.
