For eight years I have been returning to Penticton as an Ironman Canada spectator. It's "me" time. Time to recharge my batteries, connect with positive people, renew my faith in humanity and the power of the human spirit. The life lessons that I have learned at Ironman have made me a better wife, mother, friend, dreamer and achiever of life dreams. Dreams have become reality. My life has been enhanced quintessentially thanks to the Iron Crews, the Ironmen & Ironwomen participants as well as the Penticton community.
