À propos du livre
In 2004 Photographer Michael Shilling embarked on a four and a half year career as a cruise ship photographer for Princess Cruises. In that time he shot over 100,000 people's studio portraits, dressed as a bear, a moose, a pirate and a Viking.
The main allure of the job however was the opportunity to travel and photograph the world.
2004 was one of Michael's most photographically productive years. He shot thousands of frames in places like Alaska, the Caribbean and Europe. In 2005 due to a hard drive crash many of these pictures were lost. However in 2009 Michael was able to retrieve many of these images.
The following book includes many of these lost pictures and some of Michael's favourites.
