À propos du livre
J.V.Harker, in his writing
of poetry, tries to combine genuine feelings
of love, pain, happiness, loss, and many other forms of expression into works people of all ages can enjoy. Since birth he has been plagued with a severe barrier to overcome: the inability to speak regularly. "I found, at an early age, an alternative to speaking,"
he says. "I began to speak in my poetry. Every teardrop, every smile, every ray of hope, I blended into words, and turned the words into poems." This book is clearly proof of that. So
enter a world...his world,
full of life, loss, and unconditional love.

À propos du créateur
J.V. Harker, Jr.
West Haven, CT, USA
J.V.Harker is a freelance writer of poetry and prose. He began composing poetry at age 10, driven and encouraged by the outlet it provided him to express ideas and feelings he could never fully convey aloud. As time progressed, his need to weave words grew into a passionate thirst he wishes never to quench. In 2009, he won first prize in the Gateway Community College Annual Poetry Contest with his poem, "We Spoke Throughout All the Years." He has also been published twice by a local Connecticut poetry magazine. Although busy realizing his dream of becoming a psychologist, he still finds time for his first love: writing poetry.
