Denis Larouche presents an elegant and eloquent blend of art and science in this exhibition of his latest works, “E = MC Cubed - Quantum Landscapes". Originally torn between his love for both disciplines, he first studied Museum Display at Algonquin College, then Fine Art at the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto. The result is a unique reconciliation between two very diverse, yet very similar, disciplines. Larouche's work also reflects his travels throughout North America, France, Italy, Spain, Morocco, Ivory Coast, Mali, Burkina Faso, Togo and Ghana. He settled in West Africa for a period in the 1970s and now lives in Gatineau. Larouche has worked for a number of Canada's most prominent national museums. His art is also held in numerous corporate collections.
