This book is a compilation of my photos and written experiences while in Haiti for an alternative spring break. I stayed in the northern city of Cap Haitien with a non-profit called SOIL (Sustainable Organic Integrated Livelihoods). While their focus is compost toilets and waste reduction, they are also committed to any kind of community empowerment. I was truly inspired by their accomplishments and love for Haiti.
