This is my photographic impression from staying three days and two nights on the island, one of the largest and most beautiful in the the Cycladic group, not the most internationally known, but perhaps the most self sufficient and fertile of all. A big island in the heart of the Aegean Sea, with imposing mountain massifs and fertile valleys, inhabited by cheerful people with a tradition in music and dance, and full of beauty that enchants visitors.
