In LAST SEEN AT STANDING STONE, Citizen Ishtam #130744XP, a pure breed who lives among clones in a future totalitarian world called Pangeastan, is desperate to change his life.

To force this change, our hero contemplates breaking one of Pangeastan’s many strict bylaws, but then he meets Neisha, a clone who makes him reconsider his rash decsion. Ishtam is so smitten with Neisha that he asks her to meet him after work (they both work in a massive surveillance facility), but at the time they were supposed to meet, she does not show up.
