À propos du livre
This educational photobook features the incredible landscape and wildlife found in Namibia. First we visit the Sossosvlei region of the Namib Desert in the Namib-Naukluft National Park and its magnificent aerial and terrestrial views of the tallest rusty-red sand dunes in the world, and its salt and clay pans or vleis. Next, we go further North to the Skeleton Coast for the shipwrecks and fur seals, and the Palmwag Concession for the desert-adapted elephants and giraffes found in the dried river beds, as well as cheetahs. Then East inland to the Ongava Game Reserve near Etosha National Park for lions and rhinos, and finally South to the Okonjima Game Reserve and the AfriCat Foundation for cheetahs and leopards.
