This book contains a collection of photographs made between 2007-2012 and includes powerful and iconic images of some of the greatest bodybuilders of our generation. The book also includes motivational quotes, many made by the athletes themselves, acting as a source of inspiration for the reader.

The belief that mind dominates matter, along with the inherent human will to be powerful, to reach for success and to be the very best that our potential has to offer, has made these men icons in the bodybuilding world.

I am a Toronto based Sports, Fitness and Advertising director and photographer. I have had the fortune of working with some of the world's best mainstream athletes including José Bautista of the Toronto Blue Jays, NBA League MVP Russell Westbrook of Oklahoma City Thunder, NFL star Rob Gronkowski of the New England Patriots, MLB slugger Giancarlo Stanton, MLS League MVP Sebastian Giovinco of Toronto FC - to name a few. I have also spent many years directly in the Fitness and Bodybuilding circles and have had the pleasure of working with cover fitness models Justine Munro and Anya Ells, 7 time and current Mr. Olympia Phil Heath, former Mr. Olympia and bodybuilding legends Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler and Dexter Jackson. My photographs have been published on industry magazine covers, for international advertising campaigns and in the pages of many of the leading fitness magazines since 2007, including ESPN, Men's Health, Men's Fitness, Muscle and Fitness and Glamour.
