The 4th in the series of "Carley" books about a loveable dog who, along wither her owner/mom found a home through TORCH, a non-profit organization serving the homeless. In this installment, Carley helps her new friend Buddy and his mom find a home. The books are illustrated by elementary school students and proceeds go toward helping TORCH continue its service to the homeless community of Anderson County, TN.
