Pavel,the infiltrated russian agent,is discovered by the Illuminati,but escapes.He sends a signal to Marion Shuster,the german secret agent. When he is rescued,he tells that the Illuminati,jointly with the Dragon Brotherhood and the tartars,plan to eliminate the Tsar,putting the blame in Germany and creating the ingredients for a world conflict. The german secret service,with Von Kulov and Marion, decide to work together with the british secret service,with Sidney Orebar and Moira Hunter and go to S.Petesburg ,where are received by Pavel.Together they challenge all dangers to save the Tsar.
