Nobody starts where they end. In between there is always a journey. We start out comfortable and then things change. If we can survive the questions and confusion of not being where we used to be but not being where we're going to be, we'll be fine. Many people define us by where we were when they met us. As long as we stay on the level where they met us, they'll think we're okay. But the moment we step up to another level, they'll have issues with us. We can't enjoy the purpose until we go through the process. That's why I've written a book called Unleash the Butterfly. I don't care if you are male of female. We all go through changes. Understanding the changes makes us better, more purposeful people and far less critical of others!
