I began by photographing birds in the 2018, and since then
bird watching has become something I have greatly enjoyed.

I initially set goals for myself to just go out and photograph
every bird I saw, and then come home and figure out what each one was.

This turned into a tremendously interesting journey.

As each year went by, there were always "new" birds,
which amazed me. They had always been around me,
but I had never seen them before.

This book is a photo record of that first year.
