Life-long educationalist, teaching variously at The Royal College of Art, London, The Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, and directing the Masters Course in Fashion Photography at the University of the Arts, London. Publshed five books, four of which are on the Western Isles of Scotland and am an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain. Have graduiated three times at Postgraduate level in respectively Fine Art, Photography and Cultural History, all of which were gained at the Royal College of Art, London, and the last of which was a Doctorate. Currently working on a long-term essay on the area in which I was born in England - Norfolk
