À propos
Arthur Puffett has collected and dealt in ceramics for 50 years and after retiring he now researches and writes about the subjects he loves, but for which there is little or no information readily available.
He has written books on Carlton Ware and Wedgwood, specifically Carlton China and Wedgwood Named Patterns, 1800-1940. Arthur has kindly donated all profits from the Carlton China book to Carlton Ware World.
Domaines de compétence
Recording the legacy of this prolific pottery is a tall order, but we see this as an important task so that its history is not lost. We believe that the skills and techniques employed by those who made it deserve to be acknowledged and appreciated and this is also one of our aims.
Carlton Ware World is run by a voluntary steering group of collectors and enthusiasts, who hope that you will find our site, and this book, interesting and stimulating.
