Fish pulusu is the mother's special recipe for which everybody in our family & friends enjoy her a lot. This is not a true andhra fish pulusu recipe, but is a fast and easy version of creating a tasty fish gravy utilizing tamarind. We love broiled, tawa fried easy fish recipes in your home since it a totally healthy approach to consume. They are easy and fast to create too.
This fish pulusu is the followed at my mother's home for many years. We have not looked back for almost any other recipe because the outcomes are great. The recipe needs a basic garam masala that's not very powerful to maintain the flavors of bass dominant. A paste made of poppy seeds / khus khus or coconut can be used to make this very simple sauce flavor delicious. This andhra pulusu tastes the best if consumed after 2 to 3 hours of ingestion.
