Mountains that move through you is based on actual climbs with Sherpas in the San Juans. The majority were during the summer of 2019, a dry summer with little to no monsoons. After nearly falling off one of these peaks and saved by a Sherpa the author is inspired to dedicate this book to Nepalese Sherpa's and other fellow climbers. This is a fun, colorful book that inspires others to climb, write and create.
