This book, “Live Heart Inspired” is dedicated, in the memory of My Best Friend, My Husband of 19 years, a wonderful “Dad” who adored his two sons, both of whom adored him and continue to cherish him daily.

This storm was designed to kill and destroy, not just our lives but generations, but my Faith in a Living God, whispered, this is not a period, it is a comma and the work began. **After the period of healing, tears in the midst of celebrations, a period of grief that takes your breath away. You can continue forward, and you can find the spark that becomes a flame.

I’ve had my share of Hills and Valleys, and a lot of loved ones who have transitioned, those whom I continually carry in my heart daily. #MyLoveTattoos

This life will always bring choices and on this crossroad of choice, along my journey, it was more than a Valley, it was a Tsunami, a storm that included “In An Instant”, my home changed, my blueprint was ripped up and in the midst of it all, the moment stared me in the face, and asked “Where is your Faith Now?!

In the midst of that moment, you don’t know who you are, but you find out quickly where your Faith is. . . #MakingGratitudeContagious is my work. I am not obligated to this work, this was a choice of what to do with my pain, with my anger, and the best punch back I could find, is to share the fire within that walked me through that valley and continues to do so. To do the work of letting others know, there is Hope, there is More, there is a living God who Loves Us, “even when” You don’t know Why?! You can come out of a dark room, and you can decide like me what to do with it?!
